Bread Machine Hamburger Buns
2/3 c warm water
1 egg
3 T vegetable oil
3 T honey
1 t salt
2 c bread flour
1 c wheat flour
1/3 c dry milk powder
2 t rapid rise yeast

Choose dough cycle. After the cycle is done, punch down the dough. Flour your hands and form 8 buns. Place on a baking stone or greased cookie sheet. Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 F and bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool completely and then cut in half.
